We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, has a manufacturing defect, is expired, or is significantly different from what was ordered, you are eligible for a return.
The following items cannot be returned:

โ Opened pet food, treats, or supplements (hygiene reasons)
โ Prescription medicines once dispensed
โ Grooming tools or accessories that have been used

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible products. If you'd like a different size, variant, or flavour of the same product, we'll arrange the exchange at no extra cost (subject to availability and price difference).

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Send clear photos or a short video showing the defect, damage, or wrong product. Include photos of the packaging and shipping label.
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and confirm whether the return/exchange is approved. We'll provide you with next steps.
Once approved, pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back. We'll arrange pickup or provide a return shipping address. Return shipping is free for defective products.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund or ship the replacement within 5โ7 business days.
Refunds are issued for approved returns of defective products only.
